Who we are

A studio built around steadiness, not quick fixes.

So much wellbeing advice asks you to perform - to optimise, push, and arrive somewhere better. We work the other way. We slow things down, listen to what your body has been carrying, and build a practice you can actually keep.

Every plan we make is shaped around the real conditions of your life: your energy, your access needs, the time you have. Nothing here assumes you can simply try harder. It assumes you deserve care that meets you where you already are.

“The work isn't to fix you. It's to remind you nothing was broken.”
Our first principle
What we offer

Three threads of care, woven to fit you.

Most people arrive needing more than one. We start wherever the pressure is loudest and grow the practice from there.

01 - Inner restoration

Inner-child & reparenting work

Gentle, paced sessions to meet the parts of you shaped by early experience - using mindfulness, journaling and reparenting so old patterns lose their grip.

02 - Access & advocacy

Accessibility-aware support

Care designed around real bodies and real barriers. We help you navigate eligibility, access and the practical side of living well with a long-term condition.

03 - Confidence & self-image

Confidence & self-image

For the relationship you have with how you look and how you're seen. Subtle, affirming work to soften self-criticism and let you feel at home in your own reflection.

The way we work

Four steps. No rush at any of them.

A simple rhythm we return to, whether you stay six weeks or six seasons.

Step 01

Land

A relaxed first conversation - no forms, no pressure. We listen to what brought you here and what you actually want to feel different.

Step 02

Map

Together we name the patterns and the practical barriers, then shape a plan that respects your energy, access needs and time.

Step 03

Practice

Short, repeatable habits between sessions - body scans, letters to your younger self, regulation work - so change builds quietly.

Step 04

Steady

We widen the spacing as your own ground firms up. The aim is always for you to need us less, not more.

In their words

Quiet change, said plainly.

★★★★★
“I'd tried the apps and the advice. Saltwell was the first place that asked what I actually needed instead of telling me. A year on, I recognise myself again.”

★★★★★
“They understood my access needs without me having to fight for them. The plan moved at my pace. That alone changed everything.”

★★★★★
“I came in hating photos of myself. The confidence work was so gentle I barely noticed it landing - until I did. Worth every session.”
